Scott B. Ayers was born and raised in the state of Washington. After graduating from Mead Sr. High School in Spokane, Washington, Mr. Ayers continued his education at the esteemed Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA. While at Washington & Lee, Mr. Ayers studied several subjects and graduated cum laude with a double major Bachelor of Arts in economics and history. He chose to immediately move on to law school, and elected to attend Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, CA.
Mr. Ayers has accomplished an stellar record in special education law which he has practiced for 18 years. He is an impassioned advocate for the rights of special education students, and his passion has manifested in a record of aggressive negotiation and litigation on behalf of students who are denied their statutorily guaranteed educational rights.
His experience has been further expanded in his time as an estate planner for individuals and families. These services include creating trusts, special needs trusts, conservatorships, wills, durable powers of attorney and medical directives (medical powers of attorney).
